We use Hilton Garden Inn for our annual Hearing Health Expo every year and are very pleased. The staff are friendly but not intrusive, the temperature was very comfortable this year, they provide a wonderful spread of coffee and breakfast foods for our attendees, and the chairs in the meeting room are relatively comfortable. We plan to continue hosting at the HGI. Also, I have specific dietary needs and during our lunch break was able to have a full meal thanks to the attention of the staff in listening to my restrictions. It was much appreciated!

The location is very visible from all directions as well as I80/35 in both directions. The main entrance to the hotel can be a little tricky as the main driveway is only accessible from the eastward side of the divided street, but nothing a U-turn can't handle. The staff was friendly and helped me find the meeting rooms I was looking for, I was there for a conference. The facilities were very professional and flow from the front door to the conference area was great. No hunting for where I needed to be. I would look forward to attending a professional event here again.

Beautiful rooms. Looked like an expensive Boutique Hotel and very clean. Mothers Day Brunch looked awesome, wish we could have stayed. They even had an activity room for the kids to keep them busy so the adults could enjoy a meal.

This is one of the best HGIs I have ever stayed at! Great location, friendly staff, BEAUTIFUL rooms with upgraded TV's, and they even gave me a nut/cheese/meat platter with beer just for being an honors member! The made to order breakfast was top notch!

We arrived tired in the Des Moines area after driving all day and found that this hotel hard great reviews. We walked in and asked for the rate and were told $170. We looked online and were able to book at an online price of $109 instead. We stayed on the 6th floor and the room was clean, modern and quiet. The window was able to open a crack and let in fresh air, which we adored. The bed was clean and comfortable. In the morning we checked out but found no front desk staff. After about 15 minutes we were able to check out, but then found all the restrooms were being cleaned and so left feeling a bit disappointed.
