We stayed in this hotel for one night while down for a road trip. Overall the stay was pleasant and as expected for a hotel of this namesake. Our bartender was fantastic. She mentioned she had not been a bartender very long but you'd never have been able to tell. The cookies at the door were delicious. The pool area closed at 10p which was a little earlier than our group world have liked. I understand why this is done, but it would be nice to be able to relax a but longer. The room was well kept and clean. We asked for adjoining rooms but we received rooms that were next to one another and did not join up. It rooms had doors in them to join with the opposite direction. I've never been a fan of Hilton showers as the shower head is lacking. The humidity level in the room was uncomfortably dry as well. Happy with the stay but mug like most major hotels there are a few things the property could work on.

The Room was nice, the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here. Will stay here again if I return to Elmira.

The location was ideal for visiting the Finger Lakes region. It was only 30 mins from Watkins Glen (great hiking trails and views) and 15 mins from Corning (good restaurants). The lobby looked nice/updated and staff was friendly. It had a small cafe on site and therefore did NOT have complementary breakfast. We had a studio room with a king size bed. The room had neutral decor. The bed felt smaller than king and a little too soft. Bathroom was pretty standard. But the shower head was difficult to adjust and water pressure was not strong enough. The in-room amenities included a small refrigerator, a microwave, and a Keurig single-cup coffee machine. There was free WiFi, but speed was very slow, so I switched back to my 4G. All in all, a good basic hotel.
