Brand new hotel right in the downtown area of Iowa City. I stayed here overnight on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was super clean and modern. The rooftop bar was an awesome happy hour spot with fantastic views. Be aware that parking in the attached ramp will run you $14/night but does include in/out privileges.

Very nice clean rooms with comfortable beds and if you’re up high a nice view of the city.  Nice lobby. And the staff was great too.  The hotel has a problem with noise, you can hear other people’s conversations in other rooms through the vents in the rooms.  This kept us up late, but the staff helped us out right away when we told them.

The sliding bathroom doors are nice, except they don’t allow for much privacy in the bathroom.  Parking was almost a hassle with the exit gate not letting us out right away.

Overall a pretty good hotel, and we’ll probably stay again the next time we’re in Iowa City.

Everything is perfect. Great sheets. Direct tv with lots of channels. Incredible bathroom. But low water pressure and the hot water somehow died quickly.

We had our company Christmas party this weekend,  and had gotten a large block of rooms at the Hilton. Everyone in our company had great things to say about their stay. The Vue Rooftop bar was a huge hit, the service was great and so were the drinks. It was very convenient for the ones who didn't want to go out and brave the cold. The ped mall was very close for those who did, and the walking distance was very short. I personally worked with Tasha in sales, and she was wonderful. Very helpful and always punctual when getting back to me. Nothing but great things to say about this hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone who was wanting to do a block of rooms!

Nice new hotel with a cute hot tub and small pool. They offer hospital rates, which was nice but once you add in the cost to park overnight and pay for their breakfast, the stay ended up to be more than expected. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with clean rooms and giant tvs.
