Very pleasant stay. The hotel is very clean and the main lobby is nicely renovated. The rooms are a bit old, and will probably should be renovated in a few years to keep the modern feel, but there is nothing wrong with the rooms as presently appointed. The hotel is in a very convenient location in downtown Ithaca, just a walk across the street to the Commons and all the restaurants and bars. In the same building is a paid breakfast area and a bar for lunch and dinner. Parking is not attached to the hotel, but they will validate in the lot across the street.

Nice HGI in a good part of Ithaca, with parking right across the street in a garage (valet or self parking). As is typical with HGIs, this one serves both breakfast and dinner in restaurants that are associated with the hotel (I was also given a coupon for a free glass of wine or draft beer with dinner, a nice touch). The suite is nice and large with a jacuzzi, and the staff were very welcoming. Overall, I'm enjoying my stay.

Hotel staff is phenomenal. The building and grounds are well kept and the rooms were clean and up to date. Overlooking the lake on each floor there is an underutilized seating area. We enjoyed watching the night go by sitting there. Next time we get away to Ithaca, we'll be back.

Hilton Garden Inn was in the center of Ithaca placing you right near shopping, restaurants, and bars. The hotel was kept nicely and had a clean and modern feel. The rooms were big enough for 4 which was nice for our larger party. The hotel staff was prompt at delivering some extra towels to us and also extra soaps and shampoos. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel in a most convenient location. Rooms are spotless and we'll equipped. Staff super friendly and accommodating. Free parking in garage next door
