Hotels seem to be getting worse and worse even brands that were once a standard of good quality. Hilton Garden Inn is a perfect example. Beds were comfortable but that's where it ends. Pillows were awful, bathrooms were dirty.. Even the dark carpets couldn't cover the stains. They do have a 12.95 all you can eat brunch where kids eat free that's why it's 2 stars and not one. Get it together Hilton.

The rooms are spacious, quiet, and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lobby is well decorated and stocked with refreshing fruit water and cookies. I was a little disappointed that they charged for parking, but it wasn't too expensive. There are some really good dining and entertainment options within walking distance.

When we arrived and checked in the atmosphere was great. We booked our rooms at $109 a night but once we checked out it was $135 plus we had to pay for parking acrosss the street in a spooky parking garage with no security. They also put so many holds on my card instead of taking all the money at once. That really pissed me off. The next morning I called front desk several time and my calls went unanswered and when someone finally picked up I needed services in my room and waited almost 30mins so I called back to see what was wrong and the clerk told me she forgot. Then not to mention breakfast wasn’t free we was turned around in front of other guest because we didn’t have a voucher which wasn’t offered or told we had to have to get breakfast, we was told if we wanted to eat it was $13 so to pay that much for a room and couldn’t eat, wasn’t safe, and forgot about not to mention embarrassed I will never stay here ever again and I pray nobody else will until they learn some customer service.

This was a very quiet hotel which I appreciated. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was located located near downtown so getting to places was fine. The rooms were pretty standards. I liked the pillows.

Picked up overnight guests for an event in Jacksonville. Parking was an issue. Lobby was nice. Great BBQ right across the street.
