We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the time we were greeted at the front desk until our check out, we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and friendly service. Every time I needed assistance at the front desk, it was swift and helpful! 
We arrived earlier than expected and were allowed to check in early, which absolutely set the tone for an excellent stay. We very much enjoyed the outdoor pool, which is well maintained. 
Our room was spacious and our air conditioning worked well. Our only complaint was the small shower/toilet room, but the double sinks and generous mirror space made up for it. The room came equipped with a mini fridge, a Keurig  coffee  maker, and microwave. 
Our housekeeper was excellent and kept the room very clean and was accommodating when we were in the room.
Mulligan's pub, the attached restaurant was very enjoyable.
The location of the hotel was excellent for our purposes. It was very close to Jacksonville, but if we didn't want to drive we had lots of options for eating and shopping all within 5 minutes walking distance. 
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

We were in town for a concert. The Irish Pub restaurant there is excellent with a great happy hour. We found out when we got there that the hotel shuttle would take us to the concert hall and even pick us up even though it was after hours. We plan to come back for more concerts;  it was a great experience

The hotel a was very clean and nice.  The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.  They were always pleasant and will to assist when needed or asked. It is a great place to stay.

My friends and I stayed here on Saturday, before the Donna Marathon, and we were thoroughly delighted with the accommodations and service. The pre-event breakfast was perfect, and available early enough that we could fuel up before the race. 
My "beyond my wildest dreams" moment occurred that evening after we left the area when I discovered that I had left my phone and Garmin chargers in the room. I contacted customer service, and Randy Pickering went above and beyond to track down my chargers,  package them and take them to the post office!
We plan to come in from out of town to participate in the Donna every year going forward, and we will always stay here. Thanks to Randy - the service was 5 stars Plus!!

Very spacious room with a lot of shops and places to eat in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
