Made our reservation ahead of time. Tried to do a late check-in on the app and although it gave me the option for an "after 11pm" check-in time it would not accept it. Not to be discouraged, I called the hotel and told them the issue with the app and that we needed a late check-in to ensure our reservation. The lady said no problem and someone will be there when we arrive (?) Not sure if they sometimes don't have someone there or not...🤔 And we arrived - The man at the front desk told us that the king bed room we reserved was not available. My husband pointed out that that was what we reserved & that I had called earlier in the day to confirm our reservation. The man told us that he did not have a confirmation for us and that the hotel was overbooked. A little wait and we finally got our king bed room! The room was really great. Clean, updated and the bed was really comfortable, although at midnight any bed would be comfortable to me! The only downside of the bedroom to me was that there is no way to completely close out the sunlight. It has a shear curtain and then a decorative curtain at the outside ends that do not move. If you want to sleep beyond the sunrise, bring something to close it with. I used a hair clip near the top. We didn't try the $11 breakfast buffet so I can't attest to their food.

Extremely clean lobby and rooms. Cooked to order breakfast was great (and included but definitely ask). Would stay again if I'm ever in this area again!

The beds and atmosphere was nice, at the beginning of our stay the staff was extremely rude but when we made it known to the manager she made a point to correct the issue. The hotel seemed clean and we'll kept. Although, the room was average, nothing very special, the same as you would find in a holiday inn...

The staff and service are superb. The location is excellent (right off the exit and close to stores and restaurants). I have stayed at this location many times and have never had a complaint.

Nice hotel. Great proximity to many dining locations and less than 5 minutes from the airport. Rooms are a bit dated but they are currently renovationg.
