This is exactly what a Hilton Garden Inn is supposed to be. The room was very clean and modern, the restaurant was more than adequate, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The fitness center was quite large and had everything a gym enthusiast would want. The only item that this hotel did not excel at is their pool is quite small.  That shouldn't keep someone from staying here though.  This is a fantastic choice if you are ever in need of a hotel in the area. A bonus for me, the view from the fifth floor wasn't too shabby.

Upscale in presentation, the Hilton Garden Inn, Cranberry is a newer property with exceptional service overall. The surrounding area is under development but does not hinder the quality of the stay. Cranberry PA is conveniently situated for travelers. Hilton Garden is a large step up from Hampton Inn & Suites due to the quality of the furnishings, upscale lobby, made to order restaurant and evening bar offerings.

Services are professional at this hotel and you actually get breakfast service here. Most other Hilton Garden hotels make breakfast a buffet so they don't have to serve your food but they still expect a tip. The staffs $5 tip was well earned.

We hosted our women's leadership conference at the hotel. The place was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious. Most of the staff was very friendly and accommodating, the man who set up our chairs and tables was not friendly and didn't do what we kindly asked of him. We also stayed overnight, the room was clean and comfortable. They have very strict rules regarding outside food which made it a little stressful. We were able to habe a few small snacks for the women but as soon as you passed a threshold you got scolded for it. Also no continental breakfast. Only breakfast available for purchase. Restaurant inside the hotel was quality food and very affordable.

I've stayed here many times. However if you're hearers cannot keep up with the weather you need to warn your guests before they arrive. 3 rooms and many hours later finally found a room that would blow warm air. The best part of my whole stay was the front end manager that really did take my concerns seriously. She deserves a huge raise and the only reason I would go back would be because I know I can count on her.

Front desk was very inviting and excited we chose to pick their location. Saltwater pool and jacuzzi was extremely refreshing. Breakfast is TOP NOTCH!!
