Stayed here last year this was my favorite hotel. This year I did not find the hotel to be as clean as last year. Our toilet was broken the first 3 days of our 11 day stay. Had a difficult time getting hot water for a shower. Nice to have laundry but one washer was broke. Front desk staff not as friendly as I remember. Most days coffee ran out and we were told the owner said no more coffee after 10AM. We travel all over the USA and I’m finding the Hilton chain to be gradually declining. Was so sad to see my favorite hotel decline so dramatically in one year.

Very nice hotel and staff. The restaurant is the real gem! The food was exceptional. Crab cake special was superb, as was the sirloin and pasta dishes that my family had. The chef is very talented and I'd go out of my way to dine here if I were in the area again.

This hotel is clean and the staff pleasant. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located near I4. There is an option to use a digital key which uses your phone, quite neat and easy to use. Overall, a good choice for the Tampa area.

The room was comfortable, with basic amenities. The air conditioner was quite loud throughout the night. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Very lovely place & amazing staff. There was a wedding party that got a little rowdy on 6th floor after midnight. I never had to say a word because hotel staff got on to the problem promptly. (They must have thought they had the entire 6th floor to themselves)
