Rooms are outdated! I'm racking my brain trying to figure how this hotel got such good ratings! I went to the front desk to see if my husband and I could get a different room.... She claims nothing else "better" is available. I told her these rooms are old and need to be updated.... She tells me they are supposed to be renovating in October; I replied you all need to! Now why would you have to renovate if the rooms are up to par.... Exactly, they are not! I am soooo disappointed and frustrated..... The photos of this hotel are very deceiving!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The front desk staff is beyond accommodating and friendly. We stayed in the junior suite which did not match the photos online but still has a large living room with a desk, couch, chair, and TV on a dresser. The bathroom is comfortable and the bedroom is great with a king size bed. The room is extremely clean and the toiletries provided were great. The only dislike I have is that the thermostat is in the living room and it doesn't seem to stay as cool in the bedroom portion of the room as it does in the living room.

I just left from a two week business trip and it was great. The staff knew i was there for work and always had the shuttle ready for me. Ms. Cookie the housekeeper was amazing and very sweet. Denitra at the front desk was the first face i saw checking in and she has the best customer service personality always happy and professional.

Everyone was courteous. Everything was clean...I will definitely stay there again. Great breakfast for $9.99

We are in use of the banquet rooms we never have use the sleeping room but overall everything was pretty good the floors are not as clean as they should be I use is only on Sundays we have a church that has been coming there for 5 years. And we are grateful for the space
