The staff were courteous and polite. They answered my questions in a timely manner. Our room had everything we needed. The restaurant that was part of the hotel provided good food and the staff was attentive

I love how you can change the firmness settings on the bed! Although there were a few stains on the floor and on the curtains. Very nice staff and lobby was very clean.

Beds are super neat, you can pick your firmness setting. Also love that the chairs are actually comfortable to sit in. Great bathroom products (Neutrogena) including shower gel and conditioner as well as a make-up remover towelette. Bedding and towels very nice quality and the hot breakfast was delicious, especially the eggs which were cooked perfectly.

I've stayed here several times with various results. Most recently the front desk was overwhelmed with check-ins at 3PM and my room was not ready even though I had checked in online hours before. I had to go and return around 6 to get my key. Staff was apologetic and understanding in the face of a lot of pressure. Parking garage gets full in the evening, so if you go out be aware there may be no place to park when you return even though you have prepaid. Rooms are generally comfortable and there are plenty of dining choices in the neighborhood except at Thanksgiving, when most places are understandably closed. Then it's pretty much Ruth's Chris or nothing.

The hotel is fantastic, the staff is great. Breakfast is really good and it's close to the metro. I'd highly recommend it.
