I came to this hotel feeling like a pauper, but everyone treated me as though I were a queen. From the night security officer who helped me with my bags as soon as I arrived, to every single one of the front desk staff, to Mary in the executive lounge, to the cleaning professionals, to Brad from engineering who helped me with my car, to Beau who helped with my bags though that's not his job, to everyone in between, I left with my heart, mind, soul, and spirit so uplifted. I especially have Ms. Mary to thank for that. She was my angel for the whole week! If you are in Greenville, this is the only place to stay! These people all seem to love what they do, and they go the extra mile. One last tip, the 9th floor is awesome!

It's a nice hotel with very kind staff. The hotel and rooms are clean. I would have given them 5 Stars, but their breakfast is NOT Free.

Great clean hotel, great good and perfect location. I would recommend this and most Hilton properties to anyone! Looking forward to next time.

Currently staying at the Hilton as I type this. I've been here for a week so far. Two more to go. The rooms are average. Housekeeping is a joke. They literally do the same job day in day out. So why it's so hard to properly clean and reset a room is beyond me. Service is NEVER consistent. The people at the front desk try to be helpful. But clearly there's a lack of communication or maybe no one cares. Who knows?! The restaurant is the best part of the hotel. Great service and good food. As far as the pool goes. Don't waste your time. Overall I wouldn't pay to stay here.

1. The room I had requested was not ready even though we checked in late (despite an check in request). 2. There was a party on the first floor and the heavy bass of the music vibrated into our room till 11:00 pm 3. Breakfast was so understaffed that tables were left unclean and items that finished on the buffet table were not filled back for a long time.
