My boyfriend and I stayed at this hotel as part of an extended weekend trip to Branson. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations which caused us to have to use the pool at the neighboring convention center. It was more of a hassle than we anticipated but we understand the necessity of the renovation. Our room, while not yet renovated, was nicely kept up and the staff was pleasant. I wouldn't say they were overly accommodating however. We enjoyed the location of the hotel immensely

Currently the hotel in under construction during off season so my experience was limited based on this. I do wish they had umbrellas as it was raining most of my visit. It's a great location off the Branson Landing walkable to multiple food options outside. A Big Whiskey's Bar is attached to the hotel. The hotel rooms are nice & clean. I was told my room was facing the water, but apparently there's a condo building blocking the view. There's a neat water feature show & it's near most activities. Fridge, hair dryer, comfy bed & pillows.

We really enjoyed staying at the Hilton Promenade! It was located in such a great spot, we didn't have to leave for food or entertainment if we didn't want to. Our room was really clean, quiet and well kept. The valet and bell hops went above and beyond and were all very friendly. Front desk staff were cordial, not above and beyond. We dined at Whiskey's inside the main building and it was very good. The water show was awesome! The only 'complaints' I have would be they need more baggage carts and our shower head sucked in our room. Very small in comparison to the great time we had. We will definitely stay there again!

The hotel was great. The room was in perfect condition and very clean. The lobby was being renovated so there was no hotel store or bar and the restaurant wouldn't let you bring a drink upstairs which was a biy ridiculous. Besides that it was excellent.

Hotel was under renovation, but still nice. The front desk staff was great! It was handy having the attached restaurant and being right at the landing. Not to mention across the street from the convention center we needed to go to.
