Excellent service and food. We had a small group of 15 people when were professional taken care of and enjoyed world class food from Bonein Ribeye, Tenderloin, shrimp, and homemade pecan pie, bread pudding and an assortment of other goodies.

This is a great place to go for the day and go swimming and lay out in the sun. It's dog friendly and there are some shade trees to let them lay under. The water is always very refreshing and clean. I think the city should be more proactive about terminating the fire ants. The only stall in the men's bathroom doesn't lock. A little better upkeep would make this a 5 star place.

The park is great, but closing the road on weekends is ridiculous... It doesn't bother me that I had to pay $10 for a table, or the $2 per person in my family to float the Comal; but to have walk a freaking mile with all our stuff is no "picnic".  Widen the road and use it as a drop-off/pick-up area.

Great place to frequent: There is so much to do here: swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, kayaking, fishing, biking, bird watching, and even singing...with a ukulele. Also, if you get here early enough, free parking.
