We bought a tree from them and had it installed so they knew that we were former customers. I was looking to fill a spot where a large blue spruce died.  Juan came out and looked at it and gave me a couple of suggestions. He even said he would put me on the schedule for two weeks later so I wouldn't have to wait and would send me pricing and pictures of what we talked about. I never heard from him. I even went in a week later to make sure they had my correct email and phone number and I was told he would get back to me. I had to start over with another business which further delayed my install   I'm no longer a customer.

So much for customer service. Asked how far they deliver and was told up to 15 miles. I live 12 miles away but was told that I'm out of their boundary once I told them where I live

Difficult to review when they don't respond to multiple requests - I emailed them twice through their website as I was interested in their design services, thinking that if they do a good job on the design perhaps we would have them do the install.  Never heard a word back from them.
