My family and I stopped to have late lunch while on our way back home from Austin to Alvin. As we were  ordering, the employees in cooking area were laughing and carrying on which is fine but foul language was used,  we would rather not hear it. Talked to manager. Apologized and said she would talk to the employees working behind the counter. 2. Only 3pm and already out of potatoes. Very disappointed!!! We love your baked potatoes. Stayed to eat anyway.

I stopped here once and definitely will be back again! Everything was so good and fresh! I order sliced beef and sausages,  and it was very good! The Meat was juicy and they have an awesome BBQ sauce!

So, we tried the original location last year, and this location today. Both locations were awesome. The meats were great hot, moist, and flavorful (tried sausage, brisket, and turkey) on their own or with the sauce. The portions were a bit small for the price, but technically correct with respect to healthy living, and the sides were great (tried mash potatoes, green beans, pinto beans, and potato salad). The fresh bread was better than homemade. While the decadent chocolate cake was not made by the store, they did their research, because it has made my all-time top 5 desserts. All of the staff were nice, and the newer store was nice. We'll be back for sure.

I had a regular plate with Brisket Sausage, Mac and Cheese, and Baked Beans.  All my sides were delicious and fantastic.  The Sausage was ok, it certainly wasn't the best.  The Brisket was dry no marbling and boring.  I wasn't tough so they had that going for them.  Staff was friendly.  Look the place was alright but it wasn't a must try like I had been led to believe.

We at there today and looking at the reviews I should've know I was going to be disappointed with this awful BBQ!! The food was small portions and the bread wasn't toasted and the BBQ had NO SMOKE FLAVOR TO IT WHATSOEVER!! We paid $28 for both of us to have two meats and two sides per plate with 2 drinks and the meat was so small that it was only worth $5 a plate. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BBQ PLACE TO ANYONE!  This restaurant doesn't have a clue how to smoke meat like people and Georgia and Tennessee, they know how to put smoke in the meat and give big portions of food.
This place was an insult to hownTexans really eat and serve their meals with good taste and great big portions!! 
In Texas the sayin is "GO BIG OR GO HOME", well this place needs to GO HOME FOR GOOD!!
