Story

HIPstir Café was created when two friends sat down to talk over a great cup of coffee. HipSTIR Café is owned by Jennifer Di Gorgio and Patrick Costello. Jennifer is an accomplished chef graduate of the Culinary Institute of America who specializes in creating unique fresh cuisine and enjoys the art and detail involved in preparing amazing pastry. Patrick is a local physician who is continually looking for ways to revitalize the community which he grew up in and happens to enjoy great food and drink.

In addition to opening up a great café, they have introduced Higgie, their mascot! He is the original Oneida hipster! He doesn’t play by the rules. He has his own style and panache. He loves cool tunes and cool vides and hot delicious coffee. He listens to vinyl on his headphones. He loves flannel. He wears ink but he only shows his closest friends. When you visit HipSTIR Café, make sure you check out his bow tie of the day and that you get your Higgie Rewards Card.
