The last few times I went to this facility they have done procedures that my insurance company advised were not needed so they would not pay for them. I contacted the dentist office after the first incident and after several months we came to an agreement on them covering most of what the insurance company would not cover. I continued to go to this dentist office because it appeared they had my best interest in mind. After going a few more times where I received bills after each visit I contacted the manager to ask why and was told that my insurance is just trying to find reasons not to pay and the money I end up paying is very small compared to what it could be. I explained to the manager that I do not make a lot of money so any extra expenses is too much and she begins to reprimand me about speaking to people properly and not having an attitude. I tried to explain I didn't have an attitude and she talked over me repeating how I needed to learn to speak with people.

The staff has been great in the past when it comes to how they treat people. The manager needs to take her own advice and realize she is in a customer service position and needs to speak to people like they are the customer who is paying her paycheck by being there.

The office manager, Donna, reached out to me with concerns from my initial review. I must admit I was shocked, but yet glad to know she was concerned about me being unhappy. During our conversation, Donna listened to my concerns, she explained how things should work, and that their goal is to make their patients happy.  I'm glad I had the opportunity to speak with Donna and now I feel more at ease about their processes and procedures.

I just wasted to comment on my first visit to Hiram Dentistry, but first let me back up to the first phone call I made. I was a pleasure to talk to the receptionist. She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions. She made the choice of picking a dentist very easy for me. Once I arrived for my appointment I felt very comfortable. As I went through the stages of the x-rays and the consultation I felt that they had my best interest at heart. the dentist explained everything in detail to me and showed me the best treatment for me. I am looking forward to the upcoming visits with Hiram Dentistry and to enjoy the final results. God Bless the staff of Hiram Dentistry and I know that they will prosper.

Great dentist.  I was a new patient with an emergency.  They got me scheduled next day.  Very friendly staff!  I've been looking for a dentist close to home and am so glad I found them.

Amazing experience each time I walk in the door for my regular check-up. Top notch staff with knowledge, care and expertise of their profession. You are treated as more than just a patient they actually care about you and your teeth. They truly take away the fear and anxiety that comes with a trip to the dentist. Only regret I have is not finding this office and great staff sooner! Keep up the great work!
