These woman that work in this office are rude.   I set up for automatic payments which they stated was not received ,after sitting in the office and giving Gary my checking & routing number so now i will charged a late payment & I was told in the same minute I can pay the application fee with a debt card now their saying only cash . Those ladies in their aren't welcoming and I it's time for Gary to retire .

The insurance agent (Dover Harper) is a very nice man. The rates are the best I could find. But, the customer service is plain out horrible. Would think by the way those girls act we are bothering them by coming in to do business.

Communication is terrible! I didn't receive information pertaining to my account because (HIS insurance) entered my mailing information in incorrectly when it was set up, resulting to the company cancelling my insurance due to me know knowing/receiving any notices. HIS insurance did not take blame or gave a solution to fix problem they created. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
