I went into this store, and this man the size of a giraffe came and spanked my bootyhole with an entire loaf of bread? What does that even mean??? Then I went to the doctor's office and it turned out they impregnated me. However, I bought a corn dog and it was good so, 5 Stars! Keep up the good work!

Everyone loves Hitchcocks. We don't really have many options out here and they seem to go the extra mile to make available the little extras without overcharging. Great selection and always stocked.

Hitchcock's in Keystone Heights, Florida has just lost our faithful business. An employee there, a cashier/bagger, at least in his thirties called my sweet, beautiful 18 year old daughter a giant (BTW he's much taller than her)!!! What kind of customer service training has he received!?!? NONE obviously! I did indeed go up to Hitchcock's after my sweet daughter cries hysterically to me about what happened. Bullying isn't cool and that's just what he did! Hitchcock's manager tells me that he can't be fired but will be written up!?!? Really?? So you are enabling bullying and poor customer service? I will follow up in a couple of days to ensure some action was taken on this horrible employee!

I always have a good experience when shopping Hitchcock's in Keystone Heights. The people are always very friendly and very helpful. I the store is always clean which is a plus for me.

Dirty and seriously over priced! The store is run down, signage on the building is broken and partially removed. Products choices are very limited and meat selection is sparce. Owners might want to put some money into cleaning, repairs, and lower their prices before a bigger grocer comes to town. Sadly, in speaking with an employee, they can't even afford to shop where they work... Can't say that about Publix or Walmart. Wake up Hitchcock's!
