Can't believe we found this authentic real Japanese restaurant on the way out of NY. It's amazing! They serve traditional Japanese food. It's like being in Japan. We tried the lunch boxes. I had mackerel and Hubby had salmon. Very fresh and delicious and prepared the way the Iron Chef would make for us. We also tried the sushi deluxe. Excellent! Worth a visit even though finding a parking space was very challenging. Definitely would go back.

The antree was good. but we ordered sushi regular and there was too many wasabi inside the sushi which made me and my friend feel uncomfortable to eat.. I might come back for entree food but not sushi.

Authentic Japanese food here, great sushi and nigiri rolls, gyoza is amazing, large variety of Izakaya like appetizers, like sake shioyaki, shrimp tempura, tsukune, zaru soba, nabeyaki udon. Japanese sushi chefs behind the counter. Probably the best sushi you'll get in the Pal Park area.
