A few years ago I needed to find an attorney for what I suspected was a wrongful discharge.  I’ve never hired an attorney for this kind of situation so I simply did an internet search and contacted HKM Employment Attorneys.  I spent about  30 minutes on the phone with an HKM attorney.  He asked me to email some correspondence between the employer and myself.  He drafted legal documents to the employer and prior to sending, he forwarded a copy to me for review.  I was quite surprised how he had grasped my needs.  I received several updates via email and phone calls.  Most of all, I respected the way I was treated during this time with very straight forward conversation and being clearly advised as to what I should and should not do once I hired the law firm.  I would not only contact HKM again if I needed but would refer folks to HKM.

I highly recommend Dan Kalish.  He is friendly, professional, and really easy to work with.  If you need an employment attorney this is your guy!

I came to Daniel with a big nasty issue from a former employer. I didn't know what to do but Daniel helped me. I enjoyed working with him. He is very honest and knowledgeable. I like the fact that he stays on top of the law and changes pertaining to his clients' specific case. If it wasn't for him and his knowledge, I would still be in a mess today but He helped saved my career! Thanks again Daniel for all your help!!!
