Susan works ABSOLUTE magic with commercial carriers. We had a trip planned, 4 months in advance, and the air carrier changed THEIR schedule which resulted in what was a long-relaxing redeye flight (home)becoming two legs with an added airport right in the middle with a several hour layover. Change of tickers (by me) was not free or refundable. Susan used some type of a "travel agent stick" to get the carrier to restore us to our original flight plans WITHOUT a charge to us. Don't even THINK about using another agency!

Sue is the absolutely the best.  She is so proactive, it’s literally amazing.  I even get texts from her when I’m traveling with flight statuses.  I can’t recommend her strongly enough!
