Mr bertuccio only cares about money... he took advantage of my husband over the years as his attorney.. my husband caught a charge n gave bertuccio $15,000 cash... every time he went court with this lawyer he still taxed him $1000 bucks which my husband payed because he wants his freedom not realizing this lawyer is robbing him n still haven't even blew through the $15,000 bucks he initially had given him ... that case was dismissed .. in 2015 he caught another charge n because he didn't spoil bertuccio like he did on that last charge do u know he didn't went to court n argued his case, he sent his very timid understudy who we did an investigation on n found out that she was the judge that blocked all my husbands motion clerk.. now when I hired this man this female was never in the room when we was signing paper, no one told us about this conflict of interest.. long storie short this guy got $12,500 bucks in total n produce no work.. I asked him to bill me billable hours n not up to this min I can get the billable hours.. but I pray for greedy attorneys like him that rob people of their hard working money...
