They are very patient and very helpful. Love the office staff. The deposits are very high because so many nonpayers of the water bill it's insane.

Service sucks they like hanging the phone on people can’t even do there job right , but when it come up to paying a bill they will be up on your ass and disconnect your water

Switch account o we in my name all together a bill that was $150 went to almost $700. Now again the same thing I had it all paid but $168 +30current bill but I didn't have rest of money 2weeks later they came out and turned off now they said I have to repay to put back in my name $190 again total their saying for me to pay is $692 WOW. SERIOUSLY

50.00 dollar late fee if you forget to pay a bill. Lol. Complete rip off. How is that even legal. Not letting this go at all.
