Granddaughter bought a vehicle. Three months busted head gasket.  Sold her full coverage insurance not warranty.  Her first time buying and she wasn’t sure about things. She already has full coverage. Also when she had the car worked on discovered it doesn’t have a drive shaft to the rear wheels so she thought she was getting a 4 wheel drive for winter and she doesn’t have it.  She is an EMT and needs to be able to get to work in bad weather. This is an 08 Chevy Equinox.i am going to call him and if he doesn’t make it right I will be calling the Attorney General

Fair prices, friendly service. Cars appear to be in good shape for being cost friendly. Selection is a little limited but you can ask for things and might get lucky.

I had a great experience with them! they answered all my questions even if it made me not get the car.I liked that!! I can't wait to go buy my new to me SUV on Monday!!!!! Thanks guys!

It is not normal for me, Bryan Christman to respond to a bad rating. But this time I feel I must. First and foremost I have been in business for 30 years and of those 30 years and thousands of customers sold I am sure that a few would not feel that they had a good experience with my dealership. But the female Michelle trying to ruin my reputation is way out of line. First of all she is being less than honest, it's not her father and her last name is not what she signed in as, second the car was purchased for her as is. Third, even though she bought the car as is I offered good will work on the car. She only had to purchase the part and my service department would have installed it for no charge under my good will adjustment. Fourth, she drove the car before purchase and found it not to have any problems other than normal wear and tear. Five, booth the Ohio attorney general and the better business bureau both agreed I did nothing wrong and through her case out. The thing is I cannot control what she has said about me because this is social media. I have o be doing something right because I have survived all these years in business and have hundreds of repeat and referral business every year. So I guess if you want to judge me on what 1 of thousands of customers have said about me then she wins. I guess the only way to do fight this kind of nonsense is to ask my customers to go on my website and Google and tell their story. This company is nothing but a rip off after paying them 2400.00 for a car they sold to my 78 year old war veteran father under the assumption there were no issues with the car, we drive it from Athens Oh to Logan Ohio only to find out it had been leaking transmission fluid all the way home. The Owner Brian advised us to take the car to his shop and they would fix it, the first time they put in a transmission pan gasket only to find out that was not the issue it was still leaking so we go back another day to find out it was the transmission control solenoid and on the cover of this it states DO NOT REPAIR REPLACE ONLY. Well needless to say the mechanic told me he didn't even know what the part was he was taking off the car and still didn't know once he got the part off so when he put it back together and siliconed the hell out of it, the car would not shift at all so I immediately turn around and go back and he took it apart again and put it back together a different way and now my car is shifting hard. We are being told that this was an as is purchase and it's no longer is responsibility. Not to mention him lieing about why the car was pulling to the right and had 2 different size tires on it of which 2 on the front had broken belts so we took that hit and spent 500.00 on all 4 alignment and new tires and he still will not make this right. He took advantage of a 78 year old vet who now already has 3000.00 invested in a car he cannot drive. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE HE IS A STRAIGHT UP RIPOFF I have never in my life seen this type of straight up ripping off.
