I called this morning, and spoke to a Woman Supergirl named Tammy.  I needed something, and needed I asked to get it delivered in two hours.  She listened to me very well, helped me figure out what to do and get, and said she would get it done for me.  It was delivered an hour earlier than she told me!!!!  (granted, it was not too far away...)   Exceeded any expectations by 100 miles!!!!

I ordered with my wife one week before a special event for us  a  boquet and some roses for a cake with picture of the model that we want the lady she said no problm I will do it but you have to come one day before pick up  to check how she will do the job.

When the day came the lady send a text message early in the morning to my wife the order was terrible my wife text her back she told her that i dont want some kind of flowers in my boquet and my husband anyway he will come to talk to you later because we have an appiontement to chekck the job and what kind of modifications that she has to do when i want buy my self to the store the lady  wasn't there and I had to talk to a another lady she has no information and she gives me some flowers and a bouquet very strange with old flowers and the worse thing she's was getting mad. I said please where is the lady who gives me an appiontement I don't have time she said she want to do delivery.

Ok fine I told please take out some flowers for the bouquet and put the one I ordered last week she has no idea about the order.

So I called my wife to drive from reverside to explain to the lady how to do it cause she has no idea what's going on this job.

The day of pick I was so mad the bouquet was for trash the flowers old. 

That's was the worst job that I didn't see in my life i will never put my legs in your store again (::::

Called and ordered an arrangement first thing this morning. This was supposed to be delivered to my wife at her office. I made sure they would arrive before she left, because I understand how busy valentine's day is. And the woman i spoke with assured me it wouldnt be a problem. Well they never showed up. Ruined the whole surprise. Thanks hockridge!!

This is the best florist I have ever been to. They are the sweetest must caring people.  I normally don't write reviews but it would be such an injustice if I didn't.  There prices are great and their work is amazing.  I will never go anywhere else.
