The doctors are good but the staff is awful.  I've reduced the rating since you are primarily dealing with the admin.   I dread making an appt because they are often rude, acting as if doing their job is putting them out and they are doing me a favor by finding an appt for my child.  God forbid you need a to schedule a sick visit, need a sports form filled out or records of any sort....You immediately become persona non grata.  Save yourself the grief and find another practice.

We have been going to this pediatrics office for last 4 years. I love this office. Doctors, nurses and office stuffs all are very helpful.

After a string of disappointing experiences with the pediatrician and the medical assistants (people who get vitals), I decided to fire this practice today. The last straw: yet another visit with poor bedside manner, rude and unfriendly MA, and office staff (including scheduler and office manager) with short-sighted, policy-following, customer-unfriendly people skills. A shame. The good news is there are plenty of excellent practices in the area. Do yourself a favor and don't bother coming here in the first place.

We have been going to this pediatrician office for about six months now with our new baby. We have met three of the doctors, and have been very happy with them all. The nurses, office staff, and triage staff have all been very helpful. We have had no issues getting same day appointments, or scheduling any of the many appointments an infant needs. Recently, I needed a letter for my son's daycare. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I received the letter in a timely manner. We would definitely recommend this pediatrician group.  I would also recommend their infant class for any new parents considering this pediatrician. It was a great chance to ask questions in person before Baby arrives.
