I believe the reports on here because I used to work there. The owner does not care about the customer except the money. Him and his brother that manages the place does not care about having return customers. They consider half-azzed work, complete. Went on a job with the owner and was supposed to put shims on a mirror. Custimer complained, rightfully so, to the owner. Owner told him "we'll have to do it tomorrow" and never returned. Customer called numerous times and even stopped in. I mentioned to the customer that after work, I would stop in and gladly put in the shims. The owners wife over heard this while she was doing payroll, told the owner. The owner fired me for doing side work (which, by the way, I was not gonna charge the customer). I put in the shims for the customer anyways.

Came here to fix a vent window. The brakes were working fine before, and now 2 brake cables are snapped when I picked it up.

I agree! Terrible customer service!! We measured and went to the store. Picked out the glass and finished edge we wanted. Was told because of the edge we choose they could not do in house and would send it out for a quote. It would take 24 hours. 4 days later, never received a call, called them, they had no idea who we were or any knowledge of our order. Waited again, 3 days, never received a call, called them, oh she was just going to call me because she wasn't sure of the edging finish. STILL DON'T EVEN HAVE A PRICE AFTER A WEEK AND A HALF!!! Looking for a different company for my next piece of glass!!!!

Had my windshield replaced, it's been about a year. Just had a hard rain, inside of my car is soaked! Top edge is leaking bad all the sudden, filled my cup holders with water, carpet is wet. Needless to say I'm pissed! I've never had a windshield leak like this and I've had several replaced. $35k car, I'll never go to hodge again!

Terrible customer service. They were polite but incompetent. I called a total of 5 times to get a simple estimate on replacing a window. It took 2 calls to get the first trip out. Unfortunately the worker came back with the glass replacement measurements and not the vinyl double pane window & frame and all as I had specifically asked. To just replace the single pane glass on this old wooden frame was going to be $60 which seemed high for an installation that only included 15x15 glass that's caulked in place. I asked again for them to go out and get the correct estimate. I called again a few days later and had the same conversation (apparently my info kept getting lost). I left on vacation called 3 weeks later to be told that they had to have a special guy come out that knew how to measure it correctly and he hadn't done it yet. He "hadn't had time to get over there". No time?! It had been over a month of dealing with this company and I can't get a simple estimate. I would not use or recommend this company ever again.
