Bought expensive watch for husband's birthday. Asked all information about return. Woman did not mention anything about what I needed to Bring if I needed to return it. No box, receipt nothing "if he doesn't like it just bring it back and we will exchange it we don't give refunds but you can pick something else". The watch died 3 weeks of wearing it. When I took it back for exchange, I was told I had to have the box.  would not make the exchange without the box. was a gift, who keeps a watch box? Came home tore the house apart looking for this box. No box. Out 140 dollars +tax for a watch that does not work. One thing they should do...full disclosure of return policy. Stay away from this store. Will be so nice for you to buy things until you have problems. Then it's your fat and their feet don't touch the floor. Think they are better than you. Snotty old lady, not pooches but another one. Run away if you think about going there.

I absolutely love this store and the staff of beautiful ladies were so very helpful. The jewelry is just beautiful and the prices are reasonable. I am so thankful that they will be open Christmas Eve because i have several purchases to make last minute. Thank you ladies for being so patient and so helpful with me always... x

Debbie was extremely helpful.  She spent a very long time showing me several pieces until I found the perfect ring. She was very patient and happily answered my many questions.
