I had special screens made for my window because they were an odd size. They came out and measured the windows. They came out and installed them. A couple moths later I realized that one of the screens were coming out of the frame. I stopped by there to let them know and they came right out and figured out what the problems is and took the screens to fix them. They were just  under sized and they went back to the shop and made new ones and had them back to me in the same day. ...Now I call that GREAT service. Thank you Sam.

If we could provide a rating less than one star, that would have been the selection. This company is by far one of the most unprofessional companies that I have ever come across. This has proven why the death of mom and pop stores are in full swing, because there's no accountability in the lack of professionalism with these types of businesses we've all grown to and once loved. I advise all to avoid this company like the plague because you will be disappointed with their services, that's if you even receive the services that you pay for.

It's hard to find good, trustworthy contractors, but Hodges Window and Glass has done a great job taking care of my rental properties for the last few years! Reasonably priced and easy to work with.

My company damaged a piece of glass at one of our properties that we manage. I ordered the glass 12 days ago and was originally quoted $900. After calling three days in a row starting last Thursday to see when the glass would be in stock and installed, I finally received a call back today stating that the glass would be in tomorrow, but that the price was increased to $1800. I don't know why someone didn't call me once they realized the price doubled. I could have had the original company I had come out and complete the work by now. I will never use them for my company or recommend them to anyone we work with.

I wish I could give neg. stars!! They gave me two quotes, one for if I took the window in myself to the shop and one for onsite work.  I made an appt for onsite window repair.  The repairman came out put the window in his truck and left!!  He left the window frame with no window in it while it was hot and humid outside and the ac was on.  Also, it is getting ready to storm and I have an open hole instead of a window. To top it off, they are charging me for an onsite repair!! Which is much more than if I drove it to the shop myself.

I called the office and the customer service is so, so awful!  I tried to explain the problem to the women who answered, her reply to me was "so whats the problem."  When I tried to expain it to her again she cut me off and said she would let me talk to the owner, she than came back on and said that they would tell the serviceman to bring back our window "then we can do what ever we want with it."

I still don't have my window back and its going to rain any second.  NEVER, EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
