A great stop on a lot g road trip, Hodie's completely exceeded all expectations. There were tons of entre options and sides, but what really stole the show was the brisket. Tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, Hodie's paper thin sliced smoked brisket melted in the mouth without being crumbly or over done. The seasoning was subtle and delicious, and you can tell great care was taken in it's smoking, resulting in a textbook bark and classic Texas BBQ flavor. The BBQ sauce was a bit on the sweet side, and the beans tended to the bland side, however in all, the real star was the meat. We will definitely be back next time we are in that neck of the woods.

Why eat at the franchises when you have Hodie's ? Excellent two meat plate, wonderful  service. Rival anything in Houston area, keep it up!!! Might be awhile before I come this way again, but I know right where to go.

Great food wonderful service. The pork spare ribs were amazing! Don't go here expecting greasy brisket thick cut brisket like salt lick. Expect tender thin cut smoked meat.

Breakfast. Flies. Slow. Mediocre coffee and service. I won’t stop again. Prices weren’t bad, but I would rather pay a little more with a waitress who smiles and your food gets there the same day.

The catfish special was delicious and the 2 meat combo with chicken and pork was really well done. Nice small cafe with friendly service!
