very dishonest. a three year old can do better wiring than the incompetent individuals. i had a service call to my house by a Mr. Richard Greggy. the problem was that my florescent lights in my basement were not working. Now being an electrical engineer, I have an idea of what it takes and how long it takes to swap out a ballast. After an hour and a half and 200 dollars later I was told the fixture cannot be fixed. I then was told that it would take an additional 200 to replace the fixture. After hearing that I went to the local home depot and picked up a ballast and installed it myself. Needless to say it works. Why was i told from what was supposed to be the owner of the company that my fixture was bad? I will never call or recommend this company to another person.
