I can't begin to thank Mr. Hoffman enough for his extensive efforts throughout the entire case. He went absolutely above and beyond throughout the entire process. From day one he was immediately actively pursuing ways to prevent my case from ever going to court and once that was no longer an option, actively began working on getting the case ultimately dismissed. His communication was consistent and reassuring, despite my frantic worries all the time. I live in another country and he was still in constant communication letting me know the next steps in the case. His knowledge of the law and all of the fine details that are entangled in prosecution and how the system works is extensive. His attention to every detail in the case and making sure everything is precise when presented in court is superior and was another reason I was able to feel at ease throughout the case knowing he was taking care of it all. He would tell me not to worry and after every conversation, I really wouldn't worry, which was a huge relief in the midst of a very stressful situation. What could have been years on probation, thousands in fines, possible jail time and 3 misdemeanors, one of which being a hit and run, turned into a plea to an infraction with a fine of $79 and both other charges, including the hit and run were dismissed. Nothing on my record! Truly amazing and something I defiantly didn't think possible. I also didn't have to attend court once. The case was closed and I am able to breath again! Ron Hoffman is a lawyer who delivers results and takes care of his clients. I was in a car accident a few months ago and like most people I was very worried about getting sued and receiving fines from the other parties involved. I called around looking for a lawyer on a Sunday morning in hopes of finding someone who would represent me the way I felt suitable. The first two lawyers I called were rude, pushy, and eager for me to put down money on a retainer. When I spoke to Ron he was very knowledgable and he spoke to me in a manner that was calming and not aggressive by any means. My family and I simply owe our life and future to Ron Hoffman. If you are looking for a lawyer that goes above and beyond the call of duty you can't find a better lawyer than Ron. He took my case head on from the moment I called his office. I was involved in an accidental hit and run where I was unaware of the injury. Every step of the way, Ron guided me through an almost two year long investigation and court settlement process and was constantly by my side through out every crossroad. He carefully explained every nuance and possibility during every stage of the investigation. He took personal time to meet with my family and myself to better know us and the course of events of my accident. He met with the DA on several occasions and explained my side of the story. He never gave up on getting the best outcome possible. Once, when we were at court and I was waiting outside the court room. Ron was negotiated with the DA inside the court room and kept coming out to brief me on the proceedings. A guy came up to me and asked who is that guy who keeps coming out and talking to you. I said that is my lawyer. He said to me, wow, I wish I had a lawyer who cared about me that much. This is just one example of how Ron is an exceptional representative to anyone who needs help. He would call on weeknights, weekends and holidays to check in, making sure I was comfortable about how things were progressing, what we were going to do at the next step and just seeing how my family and I were doing emotionally. We had several meeting to formulate strategy and to answer any questions I had for him. Once charges were filed, it looked very hopeless. But Ron, continued to formulate strategies and plans to battle a formidable DA . This process went on for almost two years and Ron was with us at every stage of the fight. Through his persistence and mastery of the law, he reduced my possible years in prison to no jail time and the possibility of a future. He explores so many different angles to get the very best outcome for his client and genuinely cares for the people he represents. It actually makes me laugh by saying client because Ron has become a close family friend who I depend on not only for legal advice but as a friend to rely on in a difficult situation. I was on a hit and run and I came across this lawyer thanks to him I didn't have to go jail no court at all and he help me out that my case didn't get to a court and I really thankful your money is well worth it and spent on this Hoffman and associates. It is said that the choices we make decide the fate of our future. I made a perfect choice hiring Attorney Ronald Hoffman which entirely changed the course of my case where I was involved in a minor accident between my vehicle and another vehicle. I was driving for my interview and I met with a minor collision with another car. The time was not on my side and with lot of things going on in my head I left the scene without exchanging information. Lady of the car got my license and called the police. Soon thereafter, I received a call from the police investigating me for a violation of the Vehicle Code Section 20002(a) Hit and Run. The situation seemed hopeless. This had never happened with me before and the charges were against my honesty and could tarnish my good record. The stress I was going through was mind boggling. Sometimes bad choices or wrong priority can lead to something which is crime according to the law. Same thing happened with me. I made a wrong choice of leaving the scene of accident however an excellent choice in choosing an attorney. I saw the reviews online for Hoffman and Associates. Looking at the extensive experience and success in similar cases I immediately called and hired Attorney Ron Hoffman. My personal situation was such that I could not afford to be charged with this offense let alone convicted. Mr. Hoffman understood my situation and he felt very sympathetic to it. He assured me that he would not let anything happen to me and considered to be case of his own. It was very difficult for me to accept the fact but it was really magic in his words that made me stronger. It was my first day appearance at the court and I was stressed to my bones but as I saw him coming out of the court room I felt something different like his positive aura was surrounding me. He was not only an excellent Attorney to me but he reminded of my Grandfather. He not only supported me emotionally but also gave me tips for staying strong in such a stressful situation. I couldn’t recall how strong mentally I became after our first face to face interaction. The District Attorney and Mr. Hoffman agreed that if the victim was satisfied with the arrangement of compensation for his damages they would elect not to pursue the case. This situation is also known as a civil compromise. However it was very difficult for me to reach the lady (victim) and the insurance company was not so co-operative on my side. After a long wait Mr. Hoffman finally called the lady and got her to sign the civil compromise. With a little bit of luck on my side, the lady seemed really nice but more important was Mr. Hoffman’s magical words that lead her to sign the agreement. Mr. Hoffman then set to work negotiating with the victim; in the end, the victim agreed to accept compensation and sign an agreement indicating she was satisfied with the arrangement even though I did not compensate her. It did not stop there, the D.A decided not to drop the case until the victim was fully compensated. During that time the things were slow and Mr. Hoffman really asked me to be patient with the situation. The Victim finally contacted me and I compensated her completely. When Mr. Hoffman provided the agreement signed by the victim to the court the case against me was DISMISSED. I never admitted guilt, I never suffered a conviction and I was not required to pay any money to the court. I owe my life to Mr. Ron Hoffman. He not only provided me criminal justice but also made me strong during this psychological warfare. He takes into account every possible advantage while developing strategies and really cares about his clients. I would strongly recommend him as a criminal defense attorney for any hit and run or criminal cases.
