Paid to have my car cleaned including the the wheels, they told my car is ready!! my mirrors still wet and the wheels still dirty, so I grabbed the towel and started cleaning my own car, a manager comes up to and asked to stop cleaning the wheels because i'm not allowed to clean them, and he did not even try to touch the towel to finish the job that would have took him 1 stupid minute, but I can run the car through again and wait in line again and be late for my meeting, **If you did your job right the first time or let me finish what I was doing we wouldn't be having this discussion. So I gave back the extra voucher that I paid for and told him to keep it since I would not be coming back.

They do what they say. Wash your car. Sunny weekends the line to get in is really long so be warned. They do really well and consistent work on exterior cleaning. When it comes to interior for big surfaces they do well. Windows on the rare occasion are left streaky. There were some nooks that were never reached but were obviously dirty. If you get the monthly subscription it will be made worth it after two trips.

I have progressively resented this company. The cost of getting a car washed is outrageous and they don't do a good job on the interior....always miss my cup holders. I find that I need to clean the interior myself, so I prefer Colonial or Raindancer.

At first everything seemed pretty professional. The person at the desk and on the phone were very nice. I ordered a full inside and out clean, and an all-seats detail job. Around $65 total. Before driving in I specified the dirty spots. I also asked if this is the most detailed service I'm getting. After washing, when they were wiping my car dry I noticed a bunch of snow still sitting on the roof (I drive an SUV w roof racks) and asked the person at the desk if they were planning on removing the snow and that's when she told the cleaning crew to run my car through the cleaning machines again. After they cleaned my car I sat in and could see dust and dirt in the corners. As if they only quickly wiped the big areas. They did not take care of all the spots I pointed out. When I lifted up my drivers seat floor mat there were salt stains underneath (winter time). While I was inspecting my car another customer complained about their car not being clean enough and an employee came out with a rag to do whatever they missed. If I ran my business this way I would not be in business.

The exterior is good enough but the interior is a waste. You'd have to run it through twice to get it as clean as you want it.
