Great service. Fast same day service in my case. Alan was dispatched and via there office I was sent a pic and bio of Alan he showed up on time and ready to work  turns out he is a Knowledgeable intelligent professional  who is educated experienced  electricians.  He spoke to me in terms easy to understand. Not Technical mumbo jumbo , He also worked with me in terms of pricing. You can tell hes a genuinely good guy. Its nice  to find a locally family owned business who has earned my trust.

Spoke with Tom from Hoffman electrical.  He helped me correct my electrical problem over phone.  I still have some electrical issues that I will definitely call Hoffman after the Holidays.  This was a perfect solution that makes me and my family comfortable for the Holidays without having to worry about extra house call costs!  Appreciate the honesty and customer service!

I had my fuse box looked at and had an outdoor outlet installed by Hector O at Hoffman Electrical. The service was very excellent- the customer support was tactful, a text introducing the technician was sent so I knew who was coming, Hector arrived on time and had everything done within an hour. I was just amazed at how professionally the company responded to my request even at such a short notice.

NO stars would be more accurate! As a senior citizen I warn EVERYONE - watch this company. I used them in Sept 2016 to move our Chandelier from one condo to another in the same building - they charged $345.00 (Fair). Today (1/5/18) they came to get a deposit for the same move as before and told me the new price was $2,150.00 (predatory rate). Then the office called, after I told their guy to leave my home, to tell me it was a computer mix up and they'd would do it at the original rate from last year as soon as they could fit me back into the schedule (a time they agreed to already, hence the visit for a deposit)...then he recalled me to claim they were booked solid so they can't do it (on the date I need and they agreed to days ago).  WATCH OUT FOLKS - PREDATORS ARE IN OUR COMMUNITIES WAITING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE - REPORT THEM WHEN THEY TRY EVERY TIME. Let them know we will let it be known when they try to prey on us.
