John Reese was the service tech who came to our home today to repair our hot water heater. He was extremely courteous, considerate of our floors, and technically proficient. He even gave us some useful tips for retirees on fixed income to save some money with our heater. We will definitely contact Hoffmann Brothers for future needs. October 6, 2017 - we had another urgent plumbing issue. Called Hoffmann early the morning of Oct. 6. The service rep who took our call was so friendly, and promised to get a plumber to us as soon as possible, By lunchtime, James B. had been to our home, completed the repair work, and departed. James was friendly, informative, extremely efficient, and neat as can be! We highly recommend Hoffmann Brothers.

Our experience with Hoffmann Brothers was excellent and we highly recommend them. Ken and Steve from Service were outstanding and diagnosed the issue with our 20 yr old HVAC system and provided repair options. They were very professional and even showed us the cracked/compromised heat exchanger via a camera. My husband was able to conveniently discuss replacement options with Nick from Sales the same day. Nick was very prompt, professional and helpful and provided a range of quality replacement options. Aron and Alex were the Installers and they did an excellent and professional installation. All the folks we talked to on the phone were very nice, professional, and helpful. We are very pleased with the equipment we chose and our experience with Hoffmann Brothers.

Zach was very friendly and professional and had to troubleshoot my problem with the a/c running simultaneously with the heat. Very non-standard problem! The thermostat was the culprit. He got me the best discounts available and I signed up for their maintenance program (a very reasonable program) with Zach as my go to guy. I'm very impressed with Zach's abilities and that he has good support at the home office to help him be successful with troubleshooting when Zach called in for help. . A real good team effort. I'd recommend Zach and the Hoffman Bros to anyone.

First time customer-AC was not cooling and was making a hissing sound. Hoffmann Brothers delivers on service! I can't say enough good things about Tom T. He came out and did a very thorough evaluation of my AC system, explained what he was doing, and why! Fixed the problem easily. Tom is an expert in his field, was professional and personable. My experience with Hoffmann Brothers was wonderful! I highly recommend them and will use them again as my go to AC company. Tom, you're a Superstar!! Thank you so much.

Jerry- He's the best! I called Hoffman Brothers due to their numerous 5 star ratings. I had two issues...one was a dishwasher that I was going to junk because it had overflowed twice and ruined my wood floors. My insurance company said they needed the defective part to pay my claim for the floors so that was what made me make the call. I already had a new dishwasher picked out, and was dreading spending the money to replace it. The other issue was for a Sharp oven range with a microwave drawer which is no longer made. The 'official' call was to deal with the dishwasher and Jerry handled that with ease, replacing the valve that went bad to save me hundreds on having to buy a new one! He showed me what went wrong, ran several tests, and then demonstrated the fix. I was very satisfied. Since I had him there, I asked if I could ask a question about my range which the lower heating element had gone out on. Since Sharp no longer makes ranges, my oven was useless since I couldn't get the replacement part any more, but we still used the stovetop and microwave drawer daily. I was eventually going to have to junk it too because when I called Sharp, plus several distributors (even overseas), no one had this part. And, to replace this range, we would also have to bust up the granite around the back of it (it's a slide in) and reconfigure the kitchen to allow for placement of a new microwave somewhere. I put this off for well over a year, almost two. Jerry told me he was 90% sure he could find me a part to work, he just needed a few days. This guy was a dream! Today, he (and Shane also worked on it today too) brought me a heating element, made by another brand, retrofitted the connection pieces, and it's back to working! This alone saved me over $1,000! Two appliances saved, not to mention not needing to buy three new appliances (dishwasher, range, microwave) and busting up my granite! Jerry is an expert in appliances and I'm so glad I called Hoffman Brothers.
