star actually. I had the worse experiece with this florist. She was extremely rude. The basket was not what I ordered, and I was told that it wasn't her issue! I will never order from this one again. A complaint has been filed with the BBB and Teleflora.

I ordered flowers offline and they delivered them.  They were suppose to be delivered same day but were not.   They delivered the next day.  When I saw what was delivered. I was completely embarrassed.  The arrangement I picked out online was nothing like what was sent.  It look as if they just threw flowers in a vase and delivered them.  Basically something I could have done.  I would not recommend them to anyone and they should of been embarrassed to put their name on that arrangement.

I live in Seattle, I called this florist at 2:30 Boston time on Valentines Day, because my boss had forgotten to order flowers for his daughter for Valentine's Day (yes the Valentines Day) and they delivered a beautiful boquet to her by 4 pm.  Fantastic Service and beautiful product!
