I've driven Jeeps for 20 years. Been to 5 CDJ dealership service departments.
 This is the best. Here's a quote that sums it up;
(Service writer-on the phone with a customer; )
"Well, we could do that, but it would just run the cost up, throwing parts at a problem until something works without knowing what's wrong." .......do I even need to say more?

The people here at Holden Dodge in Dover Delaware or A1 people the Personnel make treat you very well you're important to them and they have great relations with their customers I would recommend anyone and everyone bringing their car here for service.

I purchased a 2017 Ram 2500 in June of 2017. I had purchased a Jeep Wrangler previously and knew I would come back when the time came to get another vehicle. My salesman Mr. Cruson made me feel comfortable and at ease through both of my purchases and I have never had such a positive experience buying a car. The dealership as whole is focused on the customer and they remember you by name when you stop by. I'm certain in a few more years my next vehicle will come from Holden Dodge!

We bought a car on line from Holden.  Nicole (online sales) was quick to get us all the details, they met our price, even met us half way (us in Yorktown/Holden in Dover) with the car BEFORE we bought it to make sure it was what we wanted.  The car was exactly as described to us and we completed the deal on the spot.  They had pre-printed all the required paperwork.  GREAT PEOPLE!! Honest and upfront.
