I took two pair of business pants there. 
The one pair needed a new zipper. They put in a new zipper alright - a nice and shiny copper colored zipper. They are black business pants. Who would put in a zipper like that in business pants??
The other pair I needed the legs extended and hemmed because they were a tad bit too short. They cut off the extra and then hemmed. The pants are still a bit too short. Can you believe this??
