The sales team was really helpful and friendly. They were hardly able to work with me on any pricing or deals although they did try. They almost lost the sale when I had to deal with their financial department. Which by the way, Justin if you're really a good guy like you say you are, you wouldn't throw your coworkers under the bus for being new when it was  something that was your fault 😉.

I had about a few different requests (gap insurance, tax included in the price, tinting the windows). They couldn't do any of it but after I told the financial dept that I didn't want to take the deal they offered me $150 for tinting and a full tank of gas for the 5 hour drive back home. 

I'd definitely recommend this location to other people, just be careful with who you deal with.

Came in for a leaking sunroof. 2016 F150
Water on passenger floor in front.

Was told there was ice in drain tubes.
Couldn’t be truck was in a heated garage for two days when it was washed.

Inspection showed all drain tubes and weather stripping were fine.

One week later water in same place in cab.
To busy to fit it in for 2 more days.

Took truck home removed headliner, drain hose completely pulled off nipple.
So I guess the inspection wasn’t fine.

Had gone for a tire change- nice setup they have there.
Seemed pretty professional too - a lot of automotive options also.
For example they can store your tires if needed.I thought it was pretty comprehensive.
They are a bit pricey I thought.But then again it makes sense for me as I stay real close to them.
May just try out their oil changes and servicing options.

I'm of two minds on Holiday Ford. The service department has been pretty good with the actual repairs on my vehicle. However I'm usually having to call them to get updates on my vehicle. I would leave messages and not get call backs which I found very frustrating.

Great experience at Holiday Ford!  The salesman (Iain Burns) and sales manager were friendly and easy to talk too and I'm very happy with my new car. The sales team went above and beyond to make sure I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted in a timely fashion. I highly recommend this dealership .
