I loved living there until about 4 months ago. They go thru management quickly, but this latest one, Dawn Cox, is a nightmare. She is rude, vulgar and makes up stuff about the tenants. We are losing our home that we own out right because she told other tenants, some whom we worked for, that we are drug dealers and thieves. No work means no space rent. What we owed went from $295 to $1400 real quick in court. Trying to sell it but maintenance men are are telling prospective buyers that if they wait two months, the park will own it and it will be a lot cheaper. Save yourself from financial ruin, don't move there

Holiday Hills is not a very nice place to visit or live the maintenance there has high over turn, its rules don't apply to everyone, they are not family friendly the place needs swings or some recreation for the children and the roads are dangerous with huge pot holes and their sewage always over flows onto the street and stinks, the tractors that try to fix the roads is pathetic leaking oil all over the place and the roads are in need of huge repair the owner obviously has no pride in her park. Its sad because it has huge potential in being a nice mobile part but there are not deserving of a star in any ways shape or form. The lighting in the park is in need of more updated lights. Some mobile homes are falling apart and are a fire hazard. The background check is required for all people living in a  mobile home, yet the overnighters are not required a back ground check and can live for years at a time there and just think the bad that can come into a suppose safe park? It cannot be a safe park for children in my opinion. I find that very wrong and someone needs to do something about that its not safe for the ones who live there. Perhaps its bc the park is privately owned.

I have lived in this trailer park since I was 5. it just needs someone who will give it tlc.
