The staff was so friendly. The pool area was fantastic, the hot tub was HOT and the sauna was nice. The pool had long opening hours. Everything was clean. My fiance thought the carpets in the hallway look like a turtle neck from the 70s but I liked it! Highly recommend.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Kids ran wild, pool was full of kids which is great, but the hot tub had so many kids playing in it it over flowed many times and was spraying water all over the stuff in chairs. Wrecked a pair if shoes. Common area was filled with garbage bags of stuff and people's leftover food and you couldn't use any of the pool or air hockey tables in the courtyard. People were drunk and loud in the courtyard until 1 am, and throughout all of this we were told there is nothing they can do, and this is what it's like when a hotel is fully booked. We stay at fully booked hotels for tournaments on a regular basis, never have I seen anything like this. They did nothing to control the guests. We are leaving a day early and will stay elsewhere tonight.

I was there for a work conference. The conference room was decent, but we didn't get our jugs of water until after lunch. The hallway outside looked very poorly kept, and there was no place to sit except the front lobby, pretty far from the room. Staff was very friendly, and lunch was served on time in the restaurant. The food was great!

I am a regular guest to holiday inn express. this hotel is your basic holiday inn. service is always great. first time having to sleep on the fold away sofa. it was not made. i asked guest service for extra blankets and received a pillow with no pillow case and a ripped up fleece blanket. for the $200 i paid my expectations were not met. don't expect to return here again though.

Holiday Inn is always great, but upon arriving at the hotel, the power went out for 5 hours. No hot water, no fridge, no A/C. No compensation either even though we're paying $100+ a night. Daytime Staff was very friendly, but night time staff seemed like they didn't care. Kids in the atrium were extremely loud at 1AM, and asked the front desk to do something about it, but they never did. Pool was huge and deep and there was a nice sauna. Basketball court was weak. Plenty of parking. If you want to stay at a Holiday Inn in the next few weeks, go to the Oakville one. Overall great hotel, but you don't want a room next to the atrium, and they are having construction so power will go out.
