No lake view - view of check in office and highway. The highway noise is bothersome - not the relaxing stay we needed. No elevator and I'm here with my 67 year old mother and her best friend of the same age, both have had knee surgery and the only options for rooms are 2nd or 3rd story. Toilet was dirty. No bed linens for the pull out. Closet door was off track. Maintenance had to bring a new door and the bed in the master room slumps in the middle! A trickle of water pressure in the shower. 
This stay is through my moms time share, so they pay good money for it and expect better than this. We will not come back to the canyon lake resort.

Huge space for our family stay! Had all the starter items to help until you can get to the store (thankfully a new grocery and gas station is just around the corner). We loved our stay BUT take lots of before photos of the rooms and any damage!! See that hole in the door...not from us! But I sure didn't want to get charged if they happen to notice it when we left. I didn't get charged but just do it to safe guard your self and money.

We visited a week ago with friends. Our little condo was beautifully furnished, equipped with a full kitchen, and a super comfortable king size bed. The club house, swimming pools, halls and parking lots were clean. When we needed technical assistance, we received it promptly and satisfactorily. We really enjoyed our visit!!

I love this place and everything was laid out for me once I got here. I rate this 4 stars Though because the TV monitors are so small and I have to go close to the TV to see it. Still a great resort no matter what!

Only there for a time share presentation. The people were nice and the presentation was good. If I had more disposable income would have bought it. The place itself wasn't as good as I thought it be. I expected better rooms. I've seen better at other time shares.
