The room and beach was outstanding. Beach was very wide, soft white sand. Staff was very friendly, helpful and congenial. Out of our four day stay one of two small elevators was out of order two days, the ice machine on our floor was out on three days, and we never found towels by the pool. The parking lot had small spaces especially when large trucks were there. Our last night we had to park on the street.

The staff had a pleasant and helpful personality. The overall cleanness of the hotel and it's room was satisfactory. The ocean view is really nice during the mornings and the mid afternoons. It is close to the American Bank Center and several other attractions downtown, like the House of Rock or Rockit's.

This is my second time staying here this year.  My first time was in March and could not have asked for a better place to stay. This time I was disappointed.  Everything seemed to be dirty and not kept up. The elevator broke during our stay which was inconvenient considering I'm 36 weeks pregnant but they were able to get them back up and working in reasonable time. I love that they are so close to the beach. The pools weren't very clean but they have live music at night which is fun.  There beds and pillows are really comfortable, I wish I knew what brand.  We all slept really good.

Horrible and disappointing stay. Reserved and payed for a ocean view room with a balcony and received a regular room with an ocean view, if you opened the shades and crooked your neck to all the way to the left! The elevator was small, dirty and the carpets stunk. The room was decent. The tub and floors were sandy and stained. Yes the lobby was beautifully decorated, but the rooms were plain. It was NOTHING WE PAID FOR. I'd look to redeem your points and spend your money elsewhere. Will never go back.

We visited while some family are staying here. The property is clean. Maintenance and security are roving the property so it feels clean and safe. The outside bar is comfortable and the pool is fine as well. There's a shallower kids pool separated from a deeper one by a hot tub. There's even a snow cone / ice cream stand attached. Easy beach access with showers are convenient, and there's a gulf -side patio that's nice as well. Inside it's a standard hotel as far as I can tell. The room is comfortable and sufficient. Not too fancy. If I was visiting town I'd stay here.
