The rooms are decorated in modern furniture which makes the room feel bigger and cleaner. The oceanfront balcony is inset which is perfect when raining.  This place looks new on the inside and has easy access to the beach.  Staff was friendly and attentive.  Check-in was quick.  I'll be back in the spring.  Only issue was the bed was quite soft which wasn't good for my back and hip.

Nice oceanfront hotel, good value. Rooms on the smaller side. Only big complaint was bars on balcony totally obscured views. Hubby and I brought our low beach chairs up to the room so we could enjoy sunrise.

We love this hotel! The rooms are well-sized and the beds are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are nicely designed and are of a good size. The shower has nice doors, and the towels are easy to access. Also, the hotel breakfast room is clean, bright, and the food offered is hearty and healthy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially families.

The hotel itself was on a nice location, the front staff was pretty friendly and helpful regarding some things, and the breakfast was pretty decent, but not as good as most Holiday Inn complimentary breakfasts.

My one complaint is with the condition and cleanliness of the room. When I got there for my only vacation of the year, I kid you not, I spent about 45 minutes cleaning every surface in the entire room, including countertops, all surfaces of everything, dressers, inside of dresser drawers, lighting fixtures, all hard floor surfaces, the whole bathroom, etc...basically everything. The only thing I did not clean was the microwave because I had not yet looked inside. It was only 2 days later that we went to use the microwave and there was spilled liquid and splattered food all over it. Disgusting. Had I not cleaned the whole room, all of my clothes and belongings would have been dirty wherever I set them. I did not report it to the front desk initially because I got there a day later than planned and I was exhausted. I did say something after a day of relaxation. They offered nothing and didn't even really apologize. They simply said they would let the cleaning staff know. I would not stay here again. Dirty.

Friendly/helpful staff.  Nice, clean room.  Well laid out.  Good location, easy beach access.
