Management worked with me to get in a little earlier than check in time and allowed me to stay a little past. Which was great with having two babies with me. My room was clean, and very spacey. They provided me with a crib which was an excellent feature. Breakfast was great. The internet and cable provided was awesome. I wouldn't change a thing I felt welcome and at home. My daughter loved being there as well.

It's a decent room for what it is. I wouldn't stay more than one night here. Housekeeping does a good job at keeping it clean and the linens are crisp. The decor is dated and I don't think the upholstery has been deep cleaned in awhile.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and there is a great little pool area our back. I have stayed here 3 times now and have never been disappointed! There breakfast has your basics and is good for a quick bite. There is also a shuttle that will bring you too and from Sesame Place (approx q mile away) for free.

We had a wonderful experience staying here for Sesame Place. The shuttle to the park is clean and runs promptly. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate traveling families. The rooms are updated with nice lighting. Breakfast is crowded, but they quickly replace and refill the buffet. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Smelled and looked clean. Nice amenities like fresh cookies, coffee, and tea in the lobby. Decent and filling breakfast but the dining area is too small. Also, since the hotel caters to families going to Sesame Place, I expected more plain items like bacon and regular eggs versus the sausage and cheesy omelettes. The shuttle service is a major plus for this hotel but they only have one. The line to leave the park and return to the hotel at the end of the night is horrible.
