Had to stay at this location right after Hurricane Irma, while on an emergency business trip. They were actually one of the only hotels in a 45 mile radius with vacancies. The location is great, RIGHT off interstate 75 and near pretty much anything you'd need for a short stay. The staff, although super busy with all the guests, were attentive and helpful. Although I used to live in the area, it was nice for them to offer suggestions for what to do and where to eat. That would come in handy for "non-locals". The room was really large and priced perfect for what you got. Complimentary breakfast and all you can drink coffee were offered. Although not five star dining, the breakfast was actually pretty good and there were tons of items to choose from. I stay at HI's in SW Florida all the time and this one is exceptional.

I made a delivery to this place and the people were very helpful and friendly and I didn't get to see the rooms but very clean and organized

The worst customer service. The staff has no clue what they are doing. The front desk staff was rude and after i called a corporate number for the hotel group to try and figure out what to do while standing in the lobby he will apologized insinscerely. They are unhelpful and rude. The manager Eli is awful. I expressed my frustrations to him and all he could do was talk about himself and his own issues. Lacked empathy for the situation and informed me to do things that were incorrect resulting in me having to drive all over town because they couldn't fix my issues.

Rooms were decent and updated. The breakfast was awful and the from deal staff are less than helpful and a bit rude/sarcastic when discussing concerns during the stay. A decent place to sleep if that is all you need, but that's about all you'll get here.

Great service and hospitality. Rooms are nice and up to date. The Beds are comfortable but my water pressure for morning showers was very sub par and below what I like.
