The room was adequate. The space provided was mostly clean, and there was a coffee maker present. However, for $140.00/night, out of season, I expect more than adequate. There were black stains on the carpet that suggested a refrigerator was a room option, in the not too distant past. The shower and tub were clean, but the wall tile had black mold in the grout. There was an old uncomfortable armchair, but no sofa or recliner. The desk chair had a loose arm and also was not comfortable, but what desk chair is? The bed was comfortable though, and the room noise was minimal. I had a good night's rest. For the price being charged, however, I was disappointed.

One of the best hotels that I've stayed in! Everyone was so nice and friendly (Even tho I probably bothered them) The only thing that happened is that the key on our door was not letting us in and the maintenance guy helped up greatly. The pool was nice the hot tub was great and the beds are so comfortable. I had a great stay

An enjoyable stay. This location is one of the older HIE locations i have stayed in. As is the case with older properties that have been acquired and re-branded, there are discrepancies between this location and some of the other, newer or recently renovated hotels, and the age can is noticeable. That being said, this also allows for a unique layout that might not be common in those other locations. The staff is also extremely friendly, and the overall feel was clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, a great stay.

The room was nice and we loved that our sliding glass door opened up to the pool. Breakfast was good. Overall very nice hotel. However, some of the staff was not so friendly (especially a certain night shift staff member), but the daytime staff we checked in with and reserved our room with was very pleasant. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy sleeping in on our little vaca because we got woken up at 7am in the morning by blower blowing for a good 30 mins or longer. Our check out was at 11 and they knocked on our door to come clean two different times before 10:45 so it felt like we were being rushed to check out.

We had an enjoyable stay at Holiday Inn. Rooms were ok but pool could have had some TLC. Towels were not available by pool and had to ask twice. Last morning, food was cold. Sausage on buffet was actually still frozen. Probably won't stay again.
