Clean, bright rooms. Friendly front desk. Easy check in/check out process. Awesome complimentary breakfast with wide variety of breakfast food and plenty of seating. Clean common areas. Didn't visit the pool or fitness room due to time constraints. Would stay there again!

Heather and Chip were phenomenal. Very kind, very friendly, you have customer for life. They both, deserve raise, from corporate. Reason it's employees like this, that make you feel at home, that make you the customer feel very comfortable, they go extra mile, to make your stay very enjoyable. From my past experiences, esp staying at other hotels, Holiday Inn Express is #1, PLEASE make sure that corporate reads this review, take care of your employees and your employees will take of your customer, and you will grow, to be #1 hotel to stay.

I had a rough experience but the place was beautiful and new. Coffee maker didn't work, shower handle wouldn't stay up and kept getting cold every 5 seconds. Slept like a baby though.

Very modern, the best part is the fabulous bed. Lots of street parking in front. Close to lots of shopping. Walking distance to Costco, kohl's, Olive garden sets in the same parking lot. Walk in showers. Instead of the old fashioned curtains, they have pull down day screen and a wonderful screen that shuts out all the light. The desk top has two lights above it.

Very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Easy access. Good breakfast layout.
